about Physical Therapy

Do you want a health practitioner who listens intently?

Who disects your movement and asks about your lifestyle?

Who can create a plan that motivates and inspires you?

We can help!

Mobile Physical Therapy

PHYSICAL THERAPY is a way of healing and rehabilitating the body after an injury or surgery. Physical therapy can also help prevent surgery, as well as isolated overuse muscle, tendon, or joint injuries.

Our treatment process begins with listening to our patients and fully understanding their needs. We then develop a tailored program to maximize results. A key component of our process is helping our patients learn about their bodies and why we believe our prescribed treatments will be effective. We observe the body as a whole chain of moving parts that need optimal mobility and strength to move efficiently without pain.

You'll benefit from years of professional rehabilitative experience, a solid partnership, a collaborative plan, measurable goals and results, individualized home exercise videos on your phone or computer, and the power to continue healing yourself on your own. We encourage regular, open dialogue with our patients, and they have full email and phone access to us.
